Do about 20 reps for each move, complete as many sets as you want, as long as you’re keeping proper form! Also, use a pair of paper plates, if you’re on carpet, or rags if you’re on a wood or linoleum floor.

About:

I am Samantha, and I am 20 year old and very unhappy with my decisions with my health. I eat the wrong things and get little exercise. I am changing my ways and hopefully this time for good.

I substituted the cardio with 10-20 min of the elliptical.
I also substituted the diet plan and am eating healthy on a vegan diet and counting calories on Loseit.com.
